almond sweetie...resipi fr fp k/lieza --- as usual...tangan gatai skit...ku adjust gak skit2 hehe...tambah potato starch, emplex and susu tepung..

kek lapis asam manis --- ni foto kek eli yang buat, sendiri buat lupa nak amik gambar hehehe... pinjam yek eli.

roti jala....neber tempah... sedap kalau makan ngan kuah durian nyum nyum

LEMON BUTTER CAKE (CUPCAKE)
175 gm butter
150-170 gm castor sugar - ikut selera
1 tsp vanilla esen
3 large eggs
2 tsp grated lemon rind
210 self raising flour - sifted ( ku guna superfine + 1 1/2 tsp bkg powder + 1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate)
2 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 170 C. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg one at a time, beating well after each addition and add vanilla essence. Add lemon rind. Fold in sifted flour and alternate adding in flour and the lemon juice. Scoop in the paper cups and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 min.

Buttercream
175 gm butter
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla powder ( or any flavor u like)

Beat aja ke semua tu until sedia untuk disapu or dipaip ke cup cake tu. Gula pun ku main ikut selera. ku guna 1/2 cup je for 175 gm butter - tak suka manis sgt. Kalu nak kaler....kalerkan aja apa2 kaler suka. niway for 175 gm butter ni enough utk dalam 15 cup cakes je yang saiz 5 cm in diameter.
