last saturday, i did not cook lunch...we went out for lunch. after we came home...i straight away started my experiment... buat marble cheese tart and buat bun kacang merah for tea. i used to bake cheese tart tapi selalunya guna resipi yang lain dan just guna paper cup utk buat tart shell. i tried once when i was in japan to make this sweet pastry to make the tart shell tapi did not turn out cantik...so i give up. last tuesday i went to a cooking class yang ajar buat cheese tart so...dapat le nengok cara chef tu buat tart shell. anyway...it look easy...bila sendiri buat...not as easy as I see.....nak kata tak jadi tu...tak le, jadi cuma tart shell tu not as cantik as hers. jadi le macam kat gambar nih..... to mazni...sori lambat letak resipi coz aritu tertinggal resipi kat kedai tu hehehe.
200 gm butter
100 gm icing sugar
30 gm eggs
300 gm flour - tpg gandum je
a pinch of salt kalau guna unsalted butter
beat butter, salt and sugar until soft - tak perlu lama2..nanti kembang lak. Add in egg and gradually mix in flour. wrap dogh and chill it in refrigerator for 20 minutes or until easy to handle. press dough into the tartlet casing and bake in preheated oven for 15 mins at 170 C.
Cream cheese filling:
250 gm cream cheese
100 gm of eggs
70 gm caster sugar -icing pun boleh
70 gm sour cream, yogurt pun boleh - ku just add fresh cream je skit coz dedua bhn tu tak ada. dulu2 ku buat tak taruk pun sour cream /yogurt /fresh cream nihm tp ku reduce the egg to just sebiji sahaja.
10 gm coco powder - sift
beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth n soft, slowly add egg and gradually add in yogurt. take 50-100 gm of the mixture out and add coco powder into it. put the filling into piping bag and pipe onto the tartlet for about 80% full. then pipe the coco filling on top, then use lidi to deco it. bake in preheated oven for 5-8 mins at 200 C. utk marble coklat tu ku guna koko powder then campur orange emulco. emm sedap gak tau.
